The Recruitment Committee at Najran Chamber held its regular meeting, chaired by Mr. Saleh bin Hassan Rishan, with the participation of committee members and Mr. Hamad Ahmed Balharith, Director of the Supervision Unit for Private Recruitment Companies and Offices.

Held at the Abdullah bin Khursan Al Mukhlis Businessman Hall, the meeting reviewed the latest developments and challenges facing the recruitment sector, as well as a number of solutions and developmental proposals aimed at enhancing the sector’s efficiency and performance in line with current requirements.

The committee also discussed ways to strengthen coordination and integration with relevant entities, contributing to addressing the challenges faced by recruitment establishments, improving their operational efficiency, and enhancing the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.

The committee emphasized the importance of continuing efforts to support the sustainability and development of the recruitment sector by adopting quality initiatives and strengthening effective partnerships, in a way that positively contributes to service quality and meets the expectations of beneficiaries in the region.
