The Recruitment Committee at the Najran Chamber held its regular meeting in the Abdullah bin Kharsan Al Mukhlis Hall at the Chamber’s headquarters, chaired by the Committee Chairman, Mr. Saleh bin Hassan Al Rishan, and attended by a number of committee members.

During the meeting, several agenda items were discussed, focusing on the challenges facing the recruitment sector and ways to develop it. The committee reviewed the أبرز challenges and difficulties encountered in recruiting labor from sending countries, including delays in procedures and rising costs. It also discussed the development of regulations through the “Musaned” platform and the challenges associated with the transformation of recruitment offices into companies, in addition to presenting a number of solutions and proposals aimed at supporting the sector and enhancing its efficiency.
