The #Najran_Investment_Forum2025 team held an extended meeting chaired by Mr. Abdullah bin Salem Al Mukhlis, a member of the Board of Directors of the #Najran_Chamber and the General Supervisor of the Forum's Executive Committee, with the participation of the Forum’s working team from the Chamber, and representatives from Najran University, including Dr. Bandar Al-Yami and Dr. Mohammed Abu Hussein. The meeting also included several representatives from government entities in the region.
The meeting took place in the Businessman Abdullah bin Kharsan Al Mukhlis Hall at the Chamber’s main headquarters. It focused on discussing a number of key topics related to the organization of the forum, most notably the follow-up on the latest developments regarding research papers, panel discussions, and workshops. Participants also reviewed the initial proposals for the forum topics, along with mechanisms for coordinating with invited speakers and participating experts.
The meeting also addressed the potential signing of several cooperation agreements between the Najran Chamber and participating public and private sector entities within the organizing committees. These agreements are expected to be signed on the sidelines of the forum in support of enhancing strategic partnerships and promoting development in the region.
Additionally, attendees reviewed reports from specialized teams working on identifying investment opportunities in Najran and prioritizing key sectors. The importance of completing data collection and classifying these opportunities in a professional and appealing manner for potential investors during the forum was emphasized.
Mr. Al Mukhlis stated that the forum represents a national opportunity to promote sustainable economic development in Najran, reflecting the significant attention the wise leadership gives to investing in promising regions. He said:
"We, at the Executive Committee, in cooperation with all partners, aim to present the forum in a distinguished manner that befits the status of Najran. We are committed to ensuring that the scientific sessions and specialized workshops meet the aspirations of His Royal Highness the Emir of the Region — may God protect him — and strive to offer real added value to investors and participating entities, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030."
