The Najran Chamber hosted, at its headquarters, a three-day training course titled "Employee Loyalty," organized by the Najran Municipality for a number of its employees. This initiative is part of efforts to enhance a positive work environment and develop human resources. The course aimed to solidify the concepts of organizational loyalty and motivate employees to form positive connections with their workplaces, contributing to improved performance and achieving the goals of government entities. The training program saw excellent engagement from the participants with the topics presented, which included concepts of employee loyalty, ways to enhance belonging, and the role of leadership in creating an attractive work environment. This hosting is part of a series of programs and activities carried out by the Najran Chamber in collaboration with its partners in both the public and private sectors, reflecting its social responsibility and its commitment to effectively contributing to the development of human resources, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to build a vibrant society and a thriving economy.
