As part of the ongoing preparations for organizing the Najran nvestment Forum 2025, Mr. Abdullah bin Salem Al-Makhlis, a member of the Board of Directors and the General Supervisor of the Executive Committee for the forum, accompanied by the team from the Najran Chamber of Commerce, held a coordination meeting with the executive team of the company implementing the forum. The meeting took place in the Business Hall of Mr. Abdullah bin Kharsan Al-Makhlis.
During the meeting, the progress of the work was discussed, focusing on organizational and technical aspects, as well as the mechanisms for implementing the operational plan for the forum to ensure the achievement of its strategic goals. The attendees discussed the latest updates on preparations, upcoming work stages, task distribution, and the timeline for various activities accompanying the forum.
The importance of teamwork and collaboration among all teams was emphasized to ensure the forum reflects the status of the Najran region and highlights its promising investment opportunities.
Following the meeting, the attendees visited the Prince Mishal bin Abdullah Center for Events and Conferences, the venue that will host the forum. They reviewed the ongoing preparations on-site, monitored the execution process, and checked on logistical and technical arrangements, including the halls, exhibition areas, hospitality facilities, and visitor pathways.
This visit is part of a series of field tours and coordination meetings conducted by the Executive Committee to ensure the site is ready and to guarantee a distinguished organizational experience that reflects the vision of the leadership and aligns with the region’s developmental aspirations.
