The Najran Chamber, in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) – Hadaf, organized a virtual workshop attended by a number of business owners and representatives of private sector establishments in the region. The workshop aimed to introduce the Fund's services and programs designed to support, develop, and empower the national workforce while enhancing the capabilities of private sector establishments.

During the workshop, participants were introduced to the E-Training Program and the Monsha'at service, in addition to an overview of the Fund's services, target beneficiaries, and the mechanisms for benefiting from its programs and initiatives. These efforts contribute to enhancing human capital efficiency and strengthening the competitiveness of private sector establishments.
