The Chairman of the Health Committee at Najran Chamber, Mr. Ahmed bin Mohsen Al-Rasha, participated in the “Closed Policy Forum” organized by Riyadh Chamber, attended by a number of officials from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the General Organization for Social Insurance.

The forum discussed key challenges related to Saudization and the formulation of strategic recommendations with a tangible impact on supporting the business environment in the Kingdom.

During the forum sessions, Mr. Al-Rasha highlighted several challenges facing healthcare sector establishments in the Saudization of health professions, most notably Saudization rates, the duration and delays of support programs, the rising costs of insurance contributions, as well as challenges in attracting national talent in less densely populated areas.
