The members of the Real Estate Development Committee at the Najran Chamber of Commerce held their regular meeting, chaired by Mr. Hadi bin Banyan Al-Amir, the committee's chairman, with the attendance of several committee members. The meeting took place in the Business Hall of Mr. Abdullah bin Kharsan Al-Makhlis.

During the meeting, the latest developments in the real estate sector in the region were discussed, along with initiatives and programs that contribute to supporting and developing this vital sector in alignment with the Chamber’s goals and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The committee also reviewed the key challenges facing the real estate sector in #Najran and discussed proposals related to streamlining procedures and developing the regulatory environment to attract more high-quality real estate investments. Additionally, they explored ways to enhance cooperation with relevant authorities to accelerate the pace of real estate development in the region.

Following the meeting, the chairman and committee members visited the Acting Secretary-General of the #Najran_Chamber of Commerce. During the meeting, they discussed the outcomes of their session and shared key recommendations and initiatives that the committee aims to implement in the coming period, as part of the ongoing collaboration and integration between the sectorial committees and the executive management of the Chamber.
